Allison Maertens
Allison Maertens is owner & principal strategic brand consultant at ALL IS ON Brand Hawaii. She leverages over 20 years of executive experience to deliver impactful brand, culture, and communications strategies. She is passionate about creating and executing initiatives that authentically align an organization's vision and values with its internal culture, driving both consumer engagement and long-term brand loyalty.
Allison's strategic expertise was honed through significant leadership roles across the financial, hospitality, and telecommunications industries. Most recently, she served as the Senior Vice President of Culture & Communications at Hawaii State Federal Credit Union, where she led key organizational transformations. Her notable successes included directing a comprehensive re-branding effort, managing the multi-year renovation of a 10-story headquarters building, and creating a robust internal communications framework that fostered a positive company culture.
Previously, Allison served as Marketing Manager at Roberts Hawaii and Manager at Mobi PCS. Allison's expertise was developed through a dynamic career path that began in Southern California. Before returning home, her mainland experience included positions as Director of Marketing & Business Development at Universal City Studios Credit Union and as Business Development & Marketing Associate at Los Angeles Federal Credit Union.
Allison currently serves as a Public Director for the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Honolulu and as a Board Member for the Association for Infant Mental Health in Hawaii (AIMH HI).
She holds a Master of Arts in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Ethnic Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Allison loves travel, music, sushi, golf, and indoor cycling on her Peloton. She and her husband Taylor reside in Mililani, Hawaii with their two children.

Intentionally pronounced - ALL IS ON BRAND. This play on the name "Allison" is a clever expression emphasizing that all elements of a brand must be in alignment.
Our Dot.
A dot (or period) is commonly used as the end of a declarative sentence. However, a dot is not just a dot. They hold power and purpose. A dot helps to effectively deliver messages in small bits, deliberately.
Our Colors.
Deep purple and Midnight gray. The brand color purple conveys creativity, expression, and trustworthiness. The brand color gray denotes professionalism and dependability.
